Technical skills
- Manage the whole restaurant reservation with software provided (email, phone and booking engine)
- Welcome guests, assign them table and accomplish special requests. Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Provide assistance to kitchen and wait staff as needed
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable
- Customer service attitude
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
